About:Xian Travel

Taibai Mountain

We will be going to Taibai on the no. 2 bus from Xian at 8 o'clock next week and have a few questions...
1) Will there still be snow? We are wondering about what clothes to wear.
2) Is there anywhere to eat lunch or should we bring our own food?
3) As we plan on only doing it in one day, should we take the cable car up and down or would it be possible to walk up and then take the cable car down in order to make the bus returning to the city center at 3 o'clock?
4) Do you know how much the cable car costs?

According to the latest weather forecast, it will not snow next week. Generaly, it can be warm enough, with the temperature ranging from 9C to 22C. On April. 2 and 3, it may rain or shower. So I suggest you take along thin sweater, jacket, jeans as well rainy coat. But it might be very cold on the top of the mountain, you can rent a down jacket on the mountain.

As for your dining, you can buy some food or snacks in the mountain. But it may be expensive and not that fresh. So I suggest you prepare some in advance.

Actually, the cable car can take you up and down. Don't worry!

For th cable car, it costs CNY 90 (round-trip) and CNY 50 (one way) per person.
