When does spring festival starts in China?

I am planning to come to China for the first time, does anybody if the know if wholesale markets open during spring festival? And where is the reasonable price place to stay(hotel/motel) ?

Hi, do you mean 2014 Spring Festival? Well, it will fall during Feb. 30 and Feb. 5.
Most of the wholesale markets will be closed during that time.
As for your accommodation, which city are you coming? Then I can help you more. Anyway, in msot cities, the express hotels or inns will have the generally-acceptable price.
