how to down load Visa Application form, then fill out? PDF file cannot fill.

Please try to download the form from this site.
Following requirements are needed to display and type the Chinese visa application form:
1、 install Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 or high vision
2、 install Chinese Language Package of Adobe Acrobat Reader
