HK visit 3 days only, so many places to visit how to organize it to maximize time,

Will arrive 27th, 9:30, booked at Chung King Mansion. Please help me plan my itenerary so I will be able to visit the ff places. Please recommend places to visit for day 1, day 2 and day 3. We plan to visit the ff: Space Musuem, Madame Tussauds, visit victoria peak, ride cable car, ride ferry boat, watch Symphony of lights, visit macau, visit victoria bay, shop at TST, Shop , Sogo dept store, shop at Lee Thaether, shop at Tung Chung and night market, shop at harbour City, Shop at City gate, shop at City super. Can I really visit all of these in 3 days? we leave 30th 9am. So only 3 days to experience HK. Thanks so much!
