Hi, here is my suggestion as for your itinerary:
D1: After checking in the hotel, go and visit Venetian Resort, Lotus Square and Fisherman Wharf.
D2: In the early morning, you can go to A-ma Temple, then Macau Tower. Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square and the surroundings should not be missed. In the afternoon, take a ferry to HK. At night, you can go to Lan Kwai Fong, where there are many bars and clubs.
D3: It is suggested to visit Ngong Ping 360 at Lantau Island as well as the Giant Buddha. After that, you can go and enjoy yourself at Disneyland Resort. In the afternoon, you can go to Temple Street Night Market near Tsim Sha Tsui.
D4: Ocean Park is suggested in the morning. Then you can cone back to Causeway Bay to have a short time shopping and dining. Then go to the Peak, where you can visit Madame Tussauds and the Peak Tower. At night, you can enjoy the Symphony of Lights at Victoria Bay.
D5: Wong Tai Sin Temple can be seen firstly. Then you can go to Mong Kok area for wandering and buy some thing if you like. After that, you can go to Tsim Sha Tsui area to enjoy Avenue of Stars, Ladies' Street and China Harbor Shopping City.
D6: It is suggested to go to Central first. Then Causeway Bay can be followed, where there are all kinds of local snacks and other stores.
Hope it is clear and of help.
