About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

I'm an overseas Chinese 20 years old, have family in China, can I apply for this visa?

I still have relative in China, but it's not my parent, it's my uncle from dad's side.

Can I still apply for it?

Hi, this type of family visit L is only applicable to foreign Spouse, parents or children under 18 visit Chinese citizens.
