Are there boats/cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo from 1pm onwards?

We might arrive around 11am to Guilin but we would like to go straight to Yangshuo. We were wondering if we could make our way along the river with a boat/cruise, and if so, where should we pick it up. Considering the time of our arrival it would be around 1pm. Thanks.
