About:Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass

Closing Time of Airport Express Customer Service Centre at Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi Station

What time do they close? In case they are already closed upon our arrival, are they going to charge us the regular price and can I go back there the next morning to claim the tickets?

The service center will close at 12:30pm.
They will not provide the service after that time, so you may need to claim your ticket the next day.
