You can walk to reach Kowloon Hotel, Nathan Road to take N21 to reach the airport if you take bus after 01:30.
If before that, you can still take A21 from Haiphong Road, Nathan Road to reach the airport directly.

Thanks Miller for the help! May I just also ask, is that the only time we can ride a bus going to airport? Just one time during after midnight? Only at 1:30am? Thanks in advance!

I mean, if you want to take bus to reach the airport at any time after 01:30am to 05:10, you can take bus N21. The interval is around 20 minutes.
