About:Zhengzhou Long-Distance Bus
I'm in Shaolin, Denfeng, Henan. I like to go to Yuanhe Temple, Shiyan, Hubei. How? How much?

You can go to Zhengzhou first from Dengfeng. At Zhengzhou Central Bus Station near the local railway station, you can find bus to Shiyan at around 18:40.
Upon reaching Shiyan bus station, you can find many buses to reach Wudangshan. Take the bus to reach the moutain and climb the mountain to reach the temple.4

I am not very familiar with that area. I know there, because I happened to travel to Wudangshan last year.
Besides, Wudangshan, you can try the Yangtze River Cruise from Yichang. I think it is perfect.
For the Kungfu School, I just know one which is called Wudang Sanfeng Martial Art School and the address is Baxianguan village, Wudangshan Economy Special Region.2
