You can go to Zhengzhou first from Dengfeng. At Zhengzhou Central Bus Station near the local railway station, you can find bus to Shiyan at around 18:40. Upon reaching Shiyan bus station, you can find many buses to reach Wudangshan. Take the bus to reach the moutain and climb the mountain to reach the temple.

I am not very familiar with that area. I know there, because I happened to travel to Wudangshan last year. Besides, Wudangshan, you can try the Yangtze River Cruise from Yichang. I think it is perfect.For the Kungfu School, I just know one which is called Wudang Sanfeng Martial Art School and the address is Baxianguan village, Wudangshan Economy Special Region.
