Ask about carrying large item from Ningbo

Hello there sir/miss,
I want to ask something about carrying large thing on the hand carry.
I am planning to take a large Teddy Bear doll from China to another country via international flight Lishe airport. I want to take a "two meter" tall teddy bear by carrying it by my own hand.
Is it permitted to take such large item?
Please answer my question according to the past experience or the rule available of the international flight.

note: I do not plan to take it via checked-in baggage because I usually do not order any space on the checked-in baggage.
