I am studying in Xi'an, Shaaxi and I only know that Xidan University provide such kind of courses, but HSK score is needed for admission.
If you plan to study in China, it is highly suggested to pass the HSK exam, so that you can have more choices.

Thanks Lydia.I found out that I have guidlines to follow as per the scholarship details.
