What is a Third Country Visa?

We hold Cdn Passports, will be travelling to South Korea and then go to Beijing for 3 days, return to South Korea, then home to Canada. So is our Passport considered 3rd Country??

Yes, but I am not clear about your question. If you fly from South Korea to Beijing then back to South Korea, you need to apply for a Chinese visa in advance.
