AirAsia Shuttle from Shanghai to Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport

Hi, I would like to enquire whether the AirAsia Shuttle is still operating? We have a Sunday night flight on AirAsia but will need to get there from our hotel, Fraser Residence in Shanghai. Is there any way to pre-book the seats on the AirAsia shuttle if it's still operating? We are a party of 4 adults. If the shuttle isn't operating any more, is it more economical to take the train from Shanghai to Xiaoshan Airport or just take a taxi straight to from our hotel to get there
