This is a bit late but anyway, Wujiang Leisure Road is still there. I'm not sure what it looks like before but I visited November 2014 and the street is still there with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bubble tea and ice cream shops. It's not a night market food street. It's a street with restaurants and a mall with more restaurants.0
