As I know, there is direct bus at the local Bus Station to Huaihua.

To Jishou, I'm afraid there is no direct bus taking you there. You can take a train to Liuzhou first and then transfer to another train to Jishou.

To Fenghuang, I heard there was a direct long-distance bus departing from the General Bus Station. You need you confirm that. Or you can take a train to Changsha first. Then at Changsha West Bus Station, there are direct buses to Fenghuang.

As for transportation to Zhangjiajie, you can take a direct long-distance bus at the local Bus Station to reach.

The bus fare to Huaihua is about CNY98 and it takes about 4h.

To Jishou, the train schedule, duration and cost can be found at the website:

Bus fare from Changsha to Fenguang is CNY130 and it takes about 5.5h.

To Zhangjiajie, it takes about 11h, but I am not clear about the bus fare.
