About:China Visa Application in UK

Location of visa office for UK citizens

My husband and I are travelling to China in May, and wish to personally apply for tourist visa, for 3 months.
Can you confirm that we should go to your Portland street office?
Thank you.

If you reside within consular district of Chinese embassy in London, you need to submit application to CVASC. Address: 12 Old Jewry, London, EC2R 8DP

Many thanks for that - as we live in Bucks, I guess that means we go to Portland St.
Appreciate your help

Hi, you may misread my words. CVASC is responsible for receiving applications for visit to the mainland from ordinary passport holders, and collecting fees on behalf of the Embassy and returning processed applications. The embassy in London only accepts applicants for Diplomatic/Service/Courtesy Visa, or documents to Hong Kong/Macao.
