About:Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh

Visa fee:

i want to know how much 'F' Category Regular Visa Fee of 6 month Multiple- Entry for Bangladeshi people.

i know 6 month Multiple entry visa fee BDT 3600.00 but Embassy People write at my Visa delivery slip BDT 5600.00 why?

Don't want any expedited service. i sub meet my document on 12th march,they given delivery time 19th march.its maximum time .i don't know why they charge me BDT 5600.00.
