My boss who is holding an Indian Passport, and he works in Hong Kong. He would like to apply business Ukrainian Visa in Beijing.  He got business Ukrainian Visa before in India, can he arrange someone in Beijing on behalf of him to submit the application documents? Also please advise what kind of documents we need to provide with the application form.
