I think you can live in Tsim Sha Tsui or Yau Ma Tei area which has convenient transportation to Ocean Park and the Disneyland.
I think Oriental Lander Hotel is a nice one and you can have a try there.

Considering your budget and transport nearby, Imperial Hotel near Tsim Sha Tsui is suggested. Or it is also nice to chek in a hotel in or near Chung King Mansion, such as Panda Hotel.

Sorry, Ivy. My mistake, the Panda Hotel is a little far indeed, which is at Tsuen Wan. I meant Dragon Hostel at Chung King Mansion, which is economic hotel.

Anyway, B P International Hotel can be accessible. It is only about 5min walking distance from Jordan MTR Station. The Vela Hotel is near Wan Chai and about 10min walking distance from MTR station. It can also be ok.
