how many hours from Yichang to Sanjian by bus and at what time do they leave? And how about trains?

Do you mean the Sanjiang County in Guangxi?
If so, you may take trains to reach Guilin first and then take the local taxi to reach Qintan Bus Station to take direct buses to reach Sanjiang County. The buses are frequent.0
