English maps and signage in Guangzhou

Can you please tell me if the train system (maps and signage) in Guangzhou are in English? I am transiting for 15 hours and am trying to work out if I will be able to use public transport to places like Baiyun Mountain, Litchi Bay and Beijing Road?
