Multi entry visa for New Zealanders

WE are going to HOng Kong and had hoped to visit both Shanghai & Bejing and go across to Shenzhen, but have no firm dates or flight arrangments as yet as family in HK are organising the Shanghei/Bejing part of the trip. Are we going to need to show e-tickets prior to getting it and as we are only there for two weeks do we still need a multi entry one or is there a Tourist one???

A single tourist one is ok for your trip. If you have a Chinese friend or relative in mainland, you may ask them to send you an invitation letter. Then you can apply with the invitation letter.
