My friends and is planning a trip to Beijing to see the culture and the great wall. Are allowed to use  the 72hr pass? When does thw time starts and where do we sign up? Also what kind of immunizations do we need?

MNL stands for Manila, right? As long as you have confirmed air ticket to Manila and valid visa (if required), you can enjoy 72 hours free stay in Beijing. It starts when you proceed the procedure successfully at the checkpoint. As far as I know, there is a special 72 hours visa free channel at the airport. Follow the signs and you will find it easily.
