Green Tax capacity

I and family (5 paxs) ,4 adult and 1 child (10 years old) will arrive in xian next week. Can a taxi take us all ? If we stay at the Bell Tower Hotel how far is the shuttle bus stop at Bell Tower to our Hotel ? Is that walking distance ?
