Music festival in Xinjiang

I would like to know if anyone has information about any traditional music festivals (Meshrep and dastans), going on in Xinjiang this year and where.

As far as I know, the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar in Urumqi has the meshrep show at night. i think you can go there to see the music show.
