Since your flight is so early, you'd better go to HK the day before. You can take train from the East Railway Station to Hung Hom, or take the cross-border coach from Haizhu Square area to Kowloon, HK. Then stay overnight in HK and take taxi or shuttle bus to the airport the next early morning.
