Do you mean you have Argentina passport but now stay in Nepal? regular processing takes four working days. Documents needed: your original passport and copy of its data page, application forms A and B, a passport photo, if for tourism, flight ticket and hotel bookings are required.

I have argentinian passport and im in india now, so I want to do the visa to continue my trip. Is this visa good for tibet as well? Thank you

If you plan to visit Tibet, the tourist visa is not enough, you need to apply for a Tibet Travel Permit through a Chinese travel agency.
