I'm afraid there is no direct fast train running between. I suggest you take a direct bus at Shanghai General Bus Station to reach your destination. The bus journey shall be about 8h or longer.
Or you can take the high-speed train at Shanghai Hongqiao Train Station to Qingdao first. Then go to the local Sifang Long-distance Bus Station to catch a direct bus to reach your destination.0
