holidays visa requirement

Dear sir/ma                   my elder brother with the chinese wife with and two kids wants my mother of about 55yrs to come for holidays.what is the necessary requirement needed. She should provide her valid passport with at least 6 month validity, application form, a passport-sized photo, return ticket and an invitation letter from your brother, as well as copies of his work premit/Z visa and residence permit, proof of relationship (birth certificate) for application.
