I'm afrai no direct free transport can take you from the airport to your hotel. I recommend two ways here:
1. The airport express can be used. Take the airport express to reach Kowloon Station and then take the free shuttle bus K4 to reach your hotel directly. The price is 90HK$ per person. It is not necessary to book in advance. Showing your flight ticket and the ticket for the airport express is enough. Oh, to take the Express Train, it is easy to find and aboard according to the clear guiding signs.
2. The shuttle bus is provided by the hotel, but it charges HK$110 per person per trip including 2 pieces of luggage and this service is suggested to book in advance. By doing so, they will tell you the exact loation of the hotel shuttle bus.
