To buy Dresses and Fan use for Chinese cultural dancing in Guangzhou

Where can I buy cheap dancing dresses & different kind of Fan use for chinese cultural dancing within area of Shangxiagiu Lu and Beijing Lu?

I do not think you can buy dancing clothes in that area. The market near Guangdong Dance School is suggested. The school is on No. 11, Shuiyin He Road. Many shops can be found on that road. The school is near Linhexi Station of loca subway line 3.
