canton fair visa for indians

Question

I am a regular visitor of Canton Fair for the past 6-7 years. Earlier, I had to submit the Passport, E-Invitation, Requests for on letter head and photographs and I used to get Visa in time. But recently, the travel agent is asking for original paper invitation and a bank statement with balance of Rs.1.5 lakh balance etc. I would like to know what are the actual documents required for Canton Fair?
