Here are two ways:
1. You can walk from your hotel to Tsim Sha Tsui (Mody Road) to take bus no. 973 to reach Wong Chuk Hang San Wai, Wong Chuk Hang Road. Upon your getting off, you can walk to the park according to the guiding signs. The whole journey takes about an hour or a little longer.
2. Walk from your hotel to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station to take Tsuen Wan Line to Admiralty Station. Then you can walk to reach Admiralty West to find bus no. 629, which can take you to Ocean Park directly. This way takes about 45min.
