As all the warriors were made to form an army to protect Qin Shihuang after his death, they were all dressed with suits of armour to some degree. While for the maids in imperial palace, they wore their special Qin's maid clothes.
As the same with the warriors themselves, their dresses were also made of clay and earth.3
