China Visa application problem

Good day! I'm planning to visit China with my family. Should you require 1 application each per member of the family including children below 5 y/o? Thanks

If your family members have their own passports, it would be better if they can apply on their own. For your 5 years old baby, you can share your passport with him. The required information should be filled in the supplementary forum.
