About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

if my visa show entry before 05Mar2013, can I arrive in china on 05Mar afternoon

I think you can do it. "Enter before" shows visa validity. People must use the visa to enter China before 24:00 on the exact day of expiration. Your visa expires on Mar. 5. So you can enter China before 24:00 of Mar. 5.
