Los Angeles Consulate is in charge of Southern California while San Francisco Consulate, for the northern California. If you are not sure about this, please contact the consulate for confirmation.0

so is San Luis OBispo considered Southern CA or Northern CA? That is the question. And how do I contact the embassy? No phone number listed that I could find.0
