About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

My name is Rahul Khanna , i am from India and my girlfriend is from china.

My relationship has passed two good years in zambia ,now we are planning to get married but now she wants i should stay in china after marriage. I want to know after marriage how long it will take to get citizenship and secondly do i have to leave china every year to renew my visa or it can be done staying in China.

The Ministry of Public Security has the final say on whether you will be granted with Chinese citizenship. Someone said it took 3 months at least. You needn't get out of China to extend your family visit visa. Just go to the police station for your extension.
