I am an Iraqi citizen want to apply a business visa. can I get the visa by sending passport by post?

Most Chinese embassies don't accept application by post. I think you should apply for it in person. Sometimes the consulate officers might ask for a face to face interview.0

can not ,you need go to china embassy to apply by yourself and interview, because iraq is belong to sensitive country.0
