From Baiyun Airport, you can take the airport express bus line 1 to CAAC Ticket Office which is near to the Railway Station. It costs CNY16.

Depends to which train station you are going. To East train station, you can take metro, cost is less than 10 RMB. But there are also the "old" train Station and the South train station which is in Panyu.
