About:Haikou Meilan Airport

Is it safe to take a taxi from Haikou airport to Sanya?

I am travelling with my mother and a young child (all females). If so, may I know if there are specific taxi operators preferred / to avoid? How much is the cost?

You need to take a normal taxi with legal lence. If there are taxi drivers invite you hotheadedly to take their taxis, you'd better do not do it. Well, usually, the cost is around CNY300 from Meilan Airport to Sanya.
