from hong kong airport to holiday inn express in kowloon east for 5 people can we take bus or taxi?

If you have kids and large luggage, you'd better catch a taxi. Otherwise you may choose to take the airport shuttle bus E22A. Get off the bus at Tseung Kwan O Station, Po Yap Road and walk about 100m to Tong Tak Street, you will find the hotel.
