Well, it is about 1km between.
Getting out from Exit C of Gongyuanqian MTR Station, walk along Zhongshan Wulu and at the first crossing turn left to walk on along Jixiang Road. Then when meeting a crossing, turn right to Guangwei Road. Walk long the road and ask the local people about the exact location of Canton Hotel.0
