Do madagascar passport need visa to china?

I am holding Madagascar passport and currently resident in Dubai. Planing to go to china for maxi 10days in April as i am invited for wedding of my friend. Do i need visa and how can i apply for it?

Visa is required, and you should apply for a L with an invitation letter from your friend.
