About:Year of the Tiger

i am female tiger born march 13,1986. is 2013 a lucky year for me to have a visa to be with my mom?

i`ve been denied 4 times already.. 1st was 2006,until 2010..

In 2013, everything for you may go smoothly, but whether you can get your visa is hard to say. It depends on the goverment.
