Any taxi service from Suzhou to Tongli?

I plan to take the bullet train from Shanghai to Suzhou and from there can i take a taxi to the Water Town and if time permit visit one of the Garden in Suzhou. Is there any taxi service to the water town and back to Suzhou? What is the estimate fares? Tks in advance for your reply.
