About:Haikou Meilan Airport

We have 10 adults arriving Haikou on 29/3/13 via Hainan Airlines at about 8pm, to check in to Meuritus Mandarin Hotel.

Can provide mini bus good for 10pax. We will be staying in Haikou for 2 nights then move on to Sanya (four Point Sheraton) to include tour for 2 places as well.

If so, I think you can refer TravelChinaGuidel and they cannot provide your tours in the two places and can also pick you up in the airport.
I once used this route https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/haikoutour1.htm provided by them and I think it is nice. Hope you like it.
