My air plan scheduled arrive at Jinan Airport 8:20PM on March 7, 2013, is there a way to get to Liaocheng on same day? Thanks

The last bus for Liaocheng from the airport is around 20:30 at night, so it may be hard for you to catch that bus.It is suggested to stay one night in Jinan. From Jinan Long distance bus station, there are frequent buses from 06:00 to 20:50 for Liaocheng.
