please advise best way to go from Guangzhou to Sihui. And where is convenient to stay.

You can go the Provincial Bus Station near the local railway station to take direct bus to reach Sihui directly.
To stay, do you mean to stay in Sihui?
If in Sihui, Sihui Hotel, Yingcheng Hotel and Langting Hotel are recommended for you.
